How to place an order?

Exchange Policy

  • Accessories are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
  • Exchanges are allowed for other items only after a proper inspection confirms that the product is in original, resalable condition.
  • Cosmetic items will not be exchanged if they have been opened, used, or if the safety seals/caps have been broken.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing time: 3–14 working days after receiving the return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Opened or used cosmetics or skincare.
  • Accessories.
  • Sale items, clearance, or personalized items.
  • Items returned without original packaging or invoice.
