Exchange Policy
- Accessories are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
- Exchanges are allowed for other items only after a proper inspection confirms that the product is in original, resalable condition.
- Cosmetic items will not be exchanged if they have been opened, used, or if the safety seals/caps have been broken.
Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time: 3–14 working days after receiving the return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

- Opened or used cosmetics or skincare.
- Accessories.
- Sale items, clearance, or personalized items.
- Items returned without original packaging or invoice.
